Having the pleasure of living with 2 herniated disks (L2/L3 and L3/L4 if you’re curious), I know back pain. I also know what I need to do in order to keep my back as healthy as I can so that I can avoid going under the knife.

Like I said, this will be available soon. If you want more details now, go to PerfectExercises.com. If you plug your name and email in on the Free Stuff page, you’ll get notified automatically when it is available. (Don’t worry, I won’t sell your info to a spammer.)
