How to Lose a Mountain of Fat

One of the reasons people fail at weight loss is that when they decide on their target, they fail to think about the path to get there. It’s probably best if I explain this with an example.

Let’s say you decide you want to lose 30lbs in six months. That’s a pretty reasonable number and time frame to do it in. Then how come 90%+ of those who would set this goal would never reach it? Because they are only looking at the end, not the road that will take them there.

A Great Core Exercise More People Should Do

The Forward Ball Roll is a great core exercise. If you are one of those people who think you need to do endless crunches, give this one a try. Here is a clip from my “No Equipment? No Excuses!” DVD.


The Forward Ball Roll is the perfect place to start if you don’t yet have the necessary core strength do do the Ab Wheel. This is one of those moves that isn’t too bad while you’re doing it, but you’ll definitely feel it the next day.

The Secret to Fat Loss Finally Revealed

Well, finally the secret to fat loss has been revealed. Apparently, it helps if you like fish.

Can You Really Work Out at Home?

A lot of people do not like to go to the gym. That’s understandable. Some gyms are loud. Some are full of large, sweaty, grunting guys. Other gyms just smell bad.

Whatever the reason, it is ok if you don’t want to work out at a gym. What is not ok is to use that as a rationalization for not working out at all. The reality is that you can get a great workout without any of the equipment found in a typical gym. That is, of course, assuming you know how.

Assuming you don’t, you now have a resource that will teach you. I’ve just released two new programs that teach you how to get fit with little or no equipment at all. In fact, the most equipment used in these programs is a stability ball ($25), resistance tubing ($15/ea.), and your own bodyweight (Free!).

Tom Brady is Fat


Ok, just kidding. Of course Tom Brady isn’t fat. But, his BMI (body mass index) is 27.4, putting him solidly in the overweight category of 25 – 29.9.

That, in a nutshell, is why BMI is a flawed way to judge an individual. All it takes into account is height and weight, nothing else.
