A Great Core Exercise More People Should Do

The Forward Ball Roll is a great core exercise. If you are one of those people who think you need to do endless crunches, give this one a try. Here is a clip from my “No Equipment? No Excuses!” DVD.


The Forward Ball Roll is the perfect place to start if you don’t yet have the necessary core strength do do the Ab Wheel. This is one of those moves that isn’t too bad while you’re doing it, but you’ll definitely feel it the next day.
