I keep saying that if people focused on being healthy instead of focusing on being thin, they'd be much better off.But, it is certainly an uphill battle when the media, fashion industry, MTV, Hollywood, Madison Avenue, etc. keep forcing unrealistic images of "beauty" on the public.
