Are You Going to Finish Strong?

So you’ve built up a ton of motivation for your next weight loss effort. You got a gym membership and as of tomorrow you vow you’ll stop eating crap for good.

You start off great. You feel good. You look better. The pounds are coming off.

Then you slip up. You fall down. You haven’t seen the gym in 3 weeks, and you had donuts 3 times at the office this week.

That great start isn’t so important now, is it? What’s important is how you’re going to finish.

Will you finish strong?
