Forget Your Holiday Diet Blunders

Many people right about now are beating themselves up for falling off the rails over the holidays and eating way too many treats, pies, candy, and whatever other decadent things santa brought to your holiday parties.

Well, get over it.

It’s not the end of the world. You can’t change what you did, you can only change what you’re going to do about it going forward.

What you did over the holidays isn’t the important thing. What you will do AFTER the holidays is the important thing.
