Studies show that 80% of you will at one point or another suffer from low back pain. Obviously, low back pain is not a lot of fun. (Having 2 herniated disks, I know of what I speak…)
But, the good news is that some simple exercises that you can do at home, can help to strengthen those neglected back and core muscles, and help you prevent or relieve low back pain going forward.
