If you ever find yourself doing a workout class like this at your gym, immediately do this:
- Whack yourself with that body bar to knock some sense into yourself.
- Smack that annoying instructor with the bar to shut him up.
- Leave that aerobics room and go do a real workout.
This workout should be called “Armed & Stupid”.
