If you ever find yourself doing a workout class like this at your gym, immediately do this:
- Whack yourself with that body bar to knock some sense into yourself.
- Smack that annoying instructor with the bar to shut him up.
- Leave that aerobics room and go do a real workout.
This workout should be called “Armed & Stupid”.

The guy deserves an Oscar for the primal grunt at the end! Obviously a very difficult routine… (<— Sarcasm!)
If only he'd done a 2" diameter, 4' PVC pipe half filled with water and then do this dumb a** workout. That's at least a little bit of a challenge for his stabilizers
