The #1 reason people give for not exercising is that they don’t have time.
Ummm. Yeah, that’s bullsh!t. I’m pretty sure if you let me go over your schedule, I’ll find 20 minutes somewhere in your day.
That’s simply a poor excuse for not exercising and I’m calling you on it.
