		<description>The problem may be that &#039;gluten free&#039; does not always equate to &#039;wheat free&#039;-you can remove the &#039;gluten&#039; component of wheat  (eg as in glucose syrup) and have a product  that is &#039;gluten free&#039; but still full of the other protiens that make up wheat (and generally the ones that those with &#039;wheat&#039; allergy are allergic to.)</description>
