So, don’t think you have time to work out?  I hear it all the time.

Well, you can’t say that any more.

Here’s a workout you can do in 15 minutes (if you last that long), that you can do absolutely anywhere, doesn’t require a gym membership, and in fact, requires no exercise equipment at all.
