DaveTV Episode 69 – Politically Incorrect Answers to Fast Food Dining Questions

davetv from Dave SoucySomeone asked me what they should choose if they get stuck having to go to McDonald’s or some other fast food dive for lunch. Are there better options on the menu that they could choose so that they would’t tube their nutrition plan for the day?

Well, the politically correct answer is that you just need to choose a salad or a potato instead of a burger, and don’t cover it in dressing or blah blah blah blah…

So much for political correctness.

There’s a better answer. Watch the video to see what it is, then let me know if you think I’m on target or off base by leaving a comment below.

Dave, I agree with you. There are no “better” options. The best option? Pack a lunch, plan ahead and like you said, grab some nuts and an apple. What people don't realize is that even the so-called healthier options are still full of sodium, preservatives and plenty of injected toxins that do nothing for good health. Great post….as always! Thanks Nicki. Unfortunately, these guys are good marketers. It's just like with the new Taco Bell drive thru diet stupidity. Even though they take the cheese off and make it lower calorie, it is still the lowest quality food-like stuff you can eat. Crap is still crap regardless of the number of calories in it.
