I&#039;m not in awful shape, but after I turned 55 (I&#039;m 57 now) I somehow got stuck about 25 pounds over my previous weight (which I had worked my way down to in mid-life after letting myself go for a few decades of marriage, child-raising and career building). I&#039;ve struggled with this &quot;plateau&quot; for a while, but I&#039;ve been seeing a nutritionist and her advice was pretty similar: one step at a time. This is good counsel and I appreciate the reinforcement.</description>
