Let’s See What Happens When…

Periodic Table of ElementsLet’s eat more processed foods and see what happens.

Let’s eat more chemicals in our food and see what happens.

Let’s eat more man-made, synthetic ingredients that aren’t naturally in the food chain and see what happens.

Let’s eat enormous quantities of sugar and highly processed grains and see what happens.

Let’s eat bastardized versions of corn and soy in all kinds of food you’d never suspect it to be in and see what happens.

Let’s eat chemically altered fats that your body can’t recognize and see what happens.

Let’s trust the giant food manufacturers to basically police themselves and pretend we shouldn’t know how what we eat ends up on our plate and see what happens.

Ohhhh wait, never mind, my bad.  I guess that’s what we have been doing.

Hmmmm, maybe we should try something else instead?  Just a thought…

You are right on the money. The experts are even now pushing gastric bypass surgery to cure diabetes. It is time to try something different…or should I say do something that our grandparents used to do. Eat whole foods cooked from scratch so that we know all the ingredients. Great stuff.
