DaveTV Episode 74 – Get Rid of Your Safety Net

It’s time to get rid of some of your old stuff.

I want you to go in your closet and find those ‘fat’ clothes you’ve been hanging onto ‘Just in case’.

Just in case what? Just in case you wasted all that time, energy, and effort learning how to eat right, exercise, and lose weight?

No chance Sparky.

If you’ve lost weight, there’s no ‘Just in case.’
It’s time for that stuff to go.

Watch the video.

Hey, Dave! Just a note to let you know that I really enjoy getting your emails and seeing your videos. I now belong to a local gym here in Prescott, Arizona and I work out there three times a week for one-and-a-half to two hours each session. I'm 72 years old and some of the other younger guys think I'm only about 50. It floors them when I tell them my age. It's kinda of hard for me to workout because I'm legally blind. I have to be careful I don't hurt myself. My only injury was changing a bar and my finger got caught in a clip. Anyway, keep up the good work for us who need your encouragement! I know I really appreciate it!

Hey Richard, thanks for the kind words. Your words should be more encouraging to people than anything I say, because you're showing people what can be done, no matter what the situation. I'll bet a lot of 72 year old legally blind people would give up and set limits on what they can do. You've shown us that doesn't have to be the case. Age is a number, not a limit.

Keep doing what you're doing, and keep being an inspiration to the rest of us.

    ~Dave
