Many people say that they want to lose weight and are going to make changes in their lives to get it done.
Unfortunately, often these people really aren’t ready to make real changes in their lives, and what they do instead is come up with a plan that involves making some minor, inconsequential change just so they can convince themselves that they are doing something.
