Do you just hate it when people bring cake, candy, or other evil goodies into the office?
Do you have to force yourself to stay out of the lunchroom until said evil goodies have been devoured by others? Will you lose control if you walk in there and there is one lonely piece of cake left? Is the siren’s song from that cake simply too much for you to take?
If so, you have a problematic relationship with food. If you ever want to live in a fit, healthy body, you first need to address the control issues you have with food, specifically that you’re allowing food to control you.
