I don’t talk about this very often, but sometimes people need to make changes so that they can STOP losing weight.
I know, sounds crazy, but it’s true.
Some people do so well with their weight loss efforts, that they actually have to work to get into maintenance mode. And there are right ways to do this, and wrong ways to do this. The video will explain some of the right ways.
And even if you’re not anywhere close to needing to be in maintenance mode yet, you hopefully will be eventually. So watch the video anyway.
