- Just because something is printed in a newspaper or magazine, written on the internet, or reported on TV, that doesn’t mean it’s true.

When people want to lose weight and get in shape, they usually spend all of their time worrying about how they are going to do it.
Which diet? Which exercise program? Which gadget? Which diet pill? Which guru will I listen to? What will I eat?

I’ve got two beautiful little daughters at home, ages 6 (just about 7) and 3 (not quite 4). Those of you with kids know what it can be like sometimes to get them to eat healthy food like vegetables.

Remember, if your dog was the teacher you would learn things like:
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure Ecstasy.

It really isn’t whether you win or lose.
Face it, years from now nobody will remember if you won or not. But they will remember how you lived.
It’s not always about being the first to cross the finish line, but it is always about the character you exhibit getting there.
My 6 year old daughter is just starting to play sports. I hope she plays like these girls.
