When people want to lose weight and get in shape, they usually spend all of their time worrying about how they are going to do it. Which diet? Which exercise program? Which gadget? Which diet pill? Which guru will I listen to? What will I eat? These are all the ‘hows’ of doing it. If you really want to succeed, figure out the ‘why’ first, not the ‘how’.
