Have you ever run into a friend, relative, or coworker who has lost a bunch of weight and looks great?
How’d you feel when that happened? Did you feel a little self-conscious because you haven’t lost weight? Maybe feel a little sorry for yourself, lamenting “Why can’t I lose weight if she can??”
C’mon, you know you have. That’s alright, it’s normal. But, if you do want to lose weight like your friend did, you need to shut those feelings off quickly and change your thinking.
