Not the scams, fad diets, and gimmicks, but the real, legitimate programs that teach you how to eat right and exercise.

So last week I took a totally unscientific little poll asking people what their biggest challenge was when it comes to exercising regularly. The results were pretty much what I expected them to be.
The number one reason people gave was that they just don’t have the time to exercise consistently. That had about twice the votes of the number two response, which was “I hate the gym”. That was actually tied for second with the honest “I’m just too lazy.”

For just $114 you can get a worthless piece of junk and STILL be able to do squats with incredibly bad form. What a deal!

I’m not big on diets or dieting for weight loss.

So back in October of ‘09, I did a video in which I talked about New Year’s resolutions. As usual, I said that you shouldn’t wait until New Year’s to start making changes, and if you started now (which was the beginning of October) you could have gone to your New Year’s eve party 12 lbs lighter.
