Happy New Year! I hope you had a great 2009 and are looking forward to an even better 2010.

If you plan on starting off 2010 with a New Year’s resolution, I want you to stop. I don’t want you to stop whatever it is you plan on doing, I just want you to stop calling it a New Year’s resolution.
