You know there are plenty of great exercise, fitness, and weight loss programs out there.
Not the scams, fad diets, and gimmicks, but the real, legitimate programs that teach you how to eat right and exercise.
But, as good as they are, they are simply tools, and tools are not magical. It’s how you use the tool that really matters.
In the hands of a skilled craftsman, a router can do magical things. In my hands the results would be something less than magical.
No weight loss program is magical when it is in the wrong hands, but you can make any legitimate exercise and weight loss program magical if you really want to. Watch the video to find out where the real weight loss magic lies.

Here are some great fitness and weight loss programs that I’ve read (or created) and recommend. You need to supply your own magic to get results though.

Hi Dave, I found you through your comment on Jonathan Fields blog. I was surprised to find we live near one another (Derry).
I totally agree first and foremost that weight loss begins in our minds. The trick is finding the trigger(s) that puts you in the right mindset on a consistent basis and making that behavioral modification permanent.
I'm intrigued and interested in your approach and programs and I'm currently going through your archives. Your perspective and outlook seems to match what I'm looking for and need.
You'll likely be hearing more from me.
Thanks Werner,
let me know if there's anything I can do to help. As far as finding the trigger, I did a post on that subject as well a few weeks ago, which you can find here:

Look forward to hearing from you,

ps – Jonathan's blog is great, isn't it?
