What’s Your Biggest Obstacle to Exercising?

So, we all know we should exercise regularly, but statistics show the vast majority of people don’t.

Why not?

If you’re in that majority, I’d love for you to take this quick poll so we can find out.
Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

I honestly don't like excersizing unless I am swimming. But there is no swimming pool nearby. I've tried running which make my knees hurt and making need to use the bathroom. Excersizing just doesn't have as much value in my life anymore.

Well, I don't have trouble exercising regularly. But I took the poll anyway. When I did have trouble exercising regularly (back before I'd been at it 10 years), the real reason was always, "I don't wanna!!!" All the other reasons I ever used were just excuses.

Not sure if I am supposed to comment here...my biggest obstacle is motivation. I'm not lazy - I work full time and am a single Mom. It's the motivation to get up early to do it. I was always very active - and even though I cannot afford a gym or go to one, I can run, lift weights, do videos, etc. I have a gorgeous treadmill. It's getting up early to do it. I don't buy "not having time" as an excuse- anyone can get up earlier.
