		<description>I am a true believer that if you want an excuse you will find no matter what.  I had to just flat out get off my lazy arse and get to the gym.  I did not want to I did not have time and I did not like it but now I do love it and miraculously I have plenty of time.  Crazy how it all works ;)</description>

		<description>Yup, making the time commitment is the hardest thing. The key for me was to put your Bootcamp in my calendar as an event. That means I don&#039;t schedule client meetings or concalls at those times and I make that commitment to myself. Best decision I ever made!</description>
