What If Today was Your Last Day?

Just heard from a friend that someone we knew died in his sleep last night. I knew Gary from high school, and while I had seen him a few times over the years, I wasn’t real close friends with him. Well, if that’s what you think, then yes, lifting weights, jogging on the treadmill, going to the gym, and the like probably will suck. So don’t do any of that. Find something

I believe learning to eat right, in a healthy manner, with an emphasis on quality of food and variety of nutrients instead of an emphasis on calories, is the best method to long term weight loss and overall health. So, here’s how I see the battle of dieting vs. eating right

7 Rules for Healthy Eating

Calorie-restricted diets suck. They lead to temporary weight loss followed by the inevitable re-gaining of the weight. Adopting a lifestyle of eating right can lead to permanent weight loss, and it’s simpler than you think.
