Dumb Exercise Product of the Day – Vol. 6

Dumb Exercise Product of the Day

We’re back today with another recipient of the Dumb Exercise Product of the Day (DEPOT’d) Award, and this time our winner is the incredible Gold’s Gym Abs system.

Make that the incredibly stupid Gold’s Gym Abs system.  I’m sure you are all smart enough to realize that none of the fitness models in this commercial got their abs from using this idiotic piece of crap with its special, secret “Kinetic Response”, but just in case you’ve momentarily lost your mind, it’s time to come back to reality.

You could do these moves all day with that thing and you’ll never burn the fat off your abs, never mind achieve the look displayed by these genetically gifted models who are paid handsomely to maintain their bodies.

As with all of our DEPOT’d winners, these are not people you should be giving your credit card number to.

Well… it does at least come with a free excercise ball, probably the only useful thing in the package!

Very good point Doug. At $50 it's an expensive one though…:)

There are so many ads for ab gadgets out there that it makes me sick. These gadgets are such a joke. If you want to get in shape, get off the couch and at least do pushups or squats.
