Dumb Exercise Product(s) of the Day – Part 4

I just love when I find another winner of the coveted DEPOT’d (Dumb Exercise Product of the Day) Award.  And on days like today when I’ve got a couple of prize winners, well, I’m practically giddy.

Exercise Doesn't Have to SuckA lot of people never start an exercise program because they have it in their heads that, no matter what, exercise sucks.

Note: This is a guest post by Jon Herring, editor of TotalHealthBreakthroughs.com

The writer and social critic, H.L. Mencken once wrote,

“For every complicated problem there is a solution that is simple, direct, understandable and wrong.”

Our ancestors believed that the stars rotated around the Earth. From our perspective, it made perfect sense. Of course, the idea was completely wrong. In fact, throughout history, people have believed ridiculous things. And we believed them so strongly you would have been persecuted for suggesting otherwise.
